The working programme of the visit of the delegation of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Culture and Sport headed by the rector of the university Fuad Hajiyev to Tatarstan continued today with the discussion of issues of joint training of personnel. Accompanied by Rector of the Volga Region University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism Rafis Burganov, the delegation met with Tatarstan's Deputy Prime Minister Leila Fazleyeva at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic.
During the meeting the parties considered the issues of education, upbringing, as well as discussed possible options for joint scientific research in the field of physical culture and sports.
A delegation from the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Culture and Sport is on a four-day working visit to Kazan.
The day before, together with Rector of the Volga Region University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism Rafis Burganov, the guests visited the university's facilities: Aquatics Palace, Gymnastics Centre, Burevestnik Pool, Tennis Academy, Badminton Centre, Rowing Centre, including the Research Institute of Physical Culture and Sports and Regata Hotel.
The main purpose of the delegation's visit is to exchange experience.
