The Russian Academy of Education hosted a general meeting of RAE members, which was attended by more than 200 leading Russian and foreign scientists, famous cultural and artistic figures, and heads of federal executive authorities.
During the meeting, RAE President, Academician Olga Vasilyeva spoke about the results of the Academy's work in 2024, presented the results of advanced research conducted by RAE scientists, and outlined the priority areas of scientists' work for 2025.
“In the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland, announced by the decree of the President of Russia, and in the year of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, our work acquires a new, but at the same time traditional for us sound. Our colleagues are already organizing educational events aimed at preserving the history of Russia, strengthening traditional spiritual and moral values, educating the younger generation in patriotism, love and respect for the culture of our country. These areas have been of interest to our predecessors since the establishment of the Academy, and today scientists who study these issues have received support at the highest level”, - said Olga Vasilieva.
