Hundreds of applicants and their parents learned in detail about studying at the university and college, saw the material and technical base with their own eyes - future students and their parents were shown gyms and auditoriums, living conditions, and leisure activities. For the first time, applicants visited the new Fidgetal Center and the Center for the Development of Human Resources in the Tourism Industry.
“I want to be heard and seen, I want to teach, teach. Such a chance, I think, may appear at this university by becoming a coach,” notes Emil Zainullin. He is from Surgut and learned about the university through the Internet. The young man has been playing volleyball his entire adult life and dreams of becoming a coach.
Among the potential applicants are mainly those who cannot imagine their life without sports. Here is Daria Ivanova - she was dancing for 10 years, but because of the operation, active physical activity had to be stopped. However, the girl found how to realize herself in the sports field.
“I want to study management in the sports industry. This direction is interesting, I’ve always wanted to try myself,” notes the future student.
Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Digital Transformation of the University Adelia Pavlova spoke about this year’s innovations.
“Information systems and technologies started at the bachelor’s level last year, and continued in college this year. Another new direction for us is golf.
Now the university is developing training programs in e-sports and physical disciplines,” the vice-rector noted when talking to journalists.
