The men's team of the Volga Region University of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism returns to the National Collegiate Football League.
The University of Sport will replace the team from Abkhazia in Group B thanks to their fourth place in the All-Russian Division in the 2022 season. The University team played in the top division from 2016 to 2020, with the best result being fifth place in the elite group. The Volga University team is also the winner of the All-Russian Division 2021.
