A campaign has been launched to accept documents for an increased state academic scholarship, which will last until September 10.
It is worth noting that the scholarship is awarded to students on a competitive basis for special achievements in one or more types of activities: educational, scientific, sports, social, cultural and creative.
Bachelors and undergraduates studying full-time on a budget basis without academic debts and triples have the right to receive an increased scholarship. First-year students can also take part in any nomination, except for educational activities. All other students in this category require high academic performance, participation in Olympiads, competitions for the last two semesters.
In order to become a participant in the competition and compete for a scholarship, it is necessary to fulfill a number of requirements, and one of them is to create a portfolio in which all documents confirming achievements must be collected.
Applying for an increased scholarship is only possible electronically in the “ESBUS” system, and now you can start collecting portfolios and uploading supporting documents, however, please note that the “Contest” button will become active only on September 1 of this year, the day of the official acceptance of applications.
In order to fully understand how to form your portfolio, you should perform a number of actions:
● Log in to the ESBUS system on the University's website at: http://e-academy.sportacadem.ru .
● Log in to your "Personal Account".
● Go to the section: "My portfolio".
● Click the "Add" button (a link with detailed instructions will open).
● Fill in all the necessary fields in the form.
● Depending on the selected category, you must attach a scan of the document confirming your achievement in pdf or jpg format (diploma, certificate, letter of thanks, published articles, etc.) and a link to the article. When filling out the document, the date of receipt of the diploma must be indicated.
