‘Creation of conditions for all categories and groups of the population to engage in physical culture and sports, mass sports, including increasing the level of provision of the population with sports facilities, as well as training of the sports reserve’
The goal of the project is to increase the share of citizens systematically engaged in physical culture and sports to 55% by 2024 by motivating the population, intensifying mass sports activities at all levels and in the corporate environment, including involvement in the preparation and performance of the standards of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex ‘Ready for Labour and Defence’, as well as training of the sports reserve and development of sports infrastructure.
The objectives of the project to train new personnel
- Training of specialists for mass sports work with the population and sports training, including sports instructors (at the place of work, place of residence, fitness clubs;
- Training of specialists for testing centres for the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex ‘Ready for Labour and Defence’ (GTO);
- training of sports coaches;
- training of specialists in AFC.
- Training is carried out at the expense of subsidies of the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation - FREE of charge.

Persons with secondary professional and (or) higher education; persons with secondary professional and (or) higher education; persons with secondary professional and (or) higher education:
- persons having secondary professional and (or) higher education;
2. persons receiving secondary vocational and (or) higher education, final year students;
3. persons working in the field of physical culture and sport;
4. persons who have not been trained earlier on professional development programmes within the framework of the Federal Project ‘Sport-Norm of Life’.

- Time - in accordance with the schedule of additional professional programmes.
FOR ADMISSION
It is necessary to download and fill in the application form
2. Prepare the following documents (copies) electronically:
copy of passport (1-2 pages and registration);
copy of the diploma of education (secondary vocational education or higher education) without an appendix;
copy of the labour book (first page and page with the last (current) place of work) certified by the HR department;
copy of TIN;
a copy of the SNILS insurance certificate;
certificate of the last year of study at the university (for students).
