On September 19, the Volga Region Sports University will open the exhibition "Kazan at a Thousand Years." The exhibits were brought from the Kazan Museum Complex.

Visitors will be able to see objects such as coins, ceramics, bricks, fragments of leather shoes and glazed vessels, glazed tiles from the 11th to 18th centuries, documents, engravings, photographs of the famous "Kazan Cap" and the throne of the Kazan Khans. In addition, some very rare finds are on display: a Czech coin minted in Prague between 929 and 930 in the name of Prince Wenceslas, the founder of the Czech state, and a silver Arab dirham from the 10th century.
