On March 28 a scientific-methodological seminar "Analytical and Functional Support of Sports Teams" will be held in the hall of the Academic Council of the Volga Region University. The seminar programme will cover aspects of analytical and bio-medical work with Volga Region University sports teams, integrated assessment of competitive performance in college basketball and functional readiness of highly skilled volleyball players.
Rafis Burganov, Rector of Volga Region State University, Adelia Pavlova, Vice-rector for Academic Matters and Digital Transformation, Andrey Nazarenko, Vice-rector for Research and International Activities, Alexey Zverev, Head of the Department of Biomedical Disciplines and Alexander Vasilets, Acting Head of the Department of Physical and Mathematical Disciplines and Information Technologies will lead the seminar. Coaches of university sport teams in volleyball, hockey, basketball and handball will also take part.
The seminar will start at 14.00.
