Kazan will host the II stage of the international complex competitions "Friendship Games" - "Sport". As part of this stage, international competitions "Cup of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan" in diving (from November 10 to 13) and international swimming competitions (November 20 to 25) are planned.
The object of the "Games of Friendship" will be one of the facilities of the Volga Region University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism - the Palace of Water Sports.

The Friendship Games are international swimming, synchronized swimming and diving competitions that take place in Kazan from July to December 2022.
The 1st stage of the "Friendship Games" "Peace" was successfully held from July 19 to August 3. It was attended by 984 athletes and 237 representatives of teams from 16 countries, and 376 sets of medals were played.
Champions and medalists of the Olympic Games Evgeny Rylov, Kliment Kolesnikov, Anton Chupkov and Svetlana Kolesnichenko took part in the first stage, and such famous athletes as Alina Zagitova, Margarita Mamun, Svetlana Romashina, Ilya Zakharov, Evgeny Kuznetsov, Alexei Verbov and many others other.
