The newly minted winner of the trophy Evgenia Kosetskaya in an interview with "BUSINESS Online" told about the beginning of his career in Chelyabinsk, studying at the Volga region Academy of sports and the desire to transport relatives to Kazan.

– Eugene, the first question will be about your experience with badminton?
– I started with the fact that I went to badminton and ballroom dancing - in two sections, which were in the school next to our home in his native Chelyabinsk. At the same time, I liked badminton very much, I played it in the yard with wooden rackets and multicolored shuttlecock. Having noticed it, mother suggested to take away me, then the seven-year-old girl, in section. A year after the training in two sections, then my first little League coach told me: "You are very talented. If you want to practice badminton more professionally, you need to do it with a more experienced coach, and gave my mother the coordinates of Igor Borisovich Nazarov. It so happened that his section was at the other end of town, and I went from one end of Chelyabinsk in another because she didn't want to be with me. She drove me only in the winter, because it was very cold, and the rest of the time I already got on their own.
- And so you've been driving for almost a decade.
– Yes, I graduated from high school, he entered the sports Institute, but also continued to engage in badminton.
- When Nazarov received an offer to move to Kazan, he offered his pupils to move together to the capital of Tatarstan?
- As far as I know, the proposal to move came in 2013, after the Universiade in Kazan, and for some time Igor Borisovich was considering this proposal. But, if to compare conditions for development badminton, then in Chelyabinsk they were much worse, than in Kazan. Everything is here, live and train. Having clarified this, Mr. B. suggested to his students to think about moving. I accepted this offer because I did not want to stay in Chelyabinsk almost one of our badminton group, and figured that the conditions are simply gorgeous. Then we very much trust the instructor, and were ready to go behind him anywhere, especially as life of the athlete and so consists of one trips.
"AT FIRST, 'VE BEEN THINKING ABOUT MOVING TO KAZAN»
– In Chelyabinsk you are not trying to keep?
– Asked to stay, I very long thought on this subject with my mom. My hometown did not want to lose the two clear candidates for the Olympic trip to Rio, a trip in which we claimed. But in the end, we moved here, and did not get to the Olympics. Personally I had big health problems because of which I couldn't take part in the tournaments necessary for a set of qualification points. I was the candidate for participation in pair tournament together with Ekaterina Bolotova, and, it turns out, it too failed. And Anatoly Yartsev was at that stage, slightly worse than its competitor on the performance in a single tournament.
- And when did you move here?
– In 2015, I got used to a new environment for myself for about a year, despite the fact that I am very attached to my family. When they moved, there was actively carried out the construction of the badminton center, and, it was already in the final stage. The European championship started in Kazan, which was held in the gymnastics center, just before this competition the badminton center was opened.
– That is why you have long thought about the possibility of moving to Kazan, cleverly going through…
– (Smiles.) Not this. We first trained at the tennis Academy, and it is quite satisfied. We also came here for the Universiade 2013, played there, at the tennis Academy, it was very cool. For me, it was the first serious international competitions, where I liked everything: the meeting of athletes in Kazan, the Universiade village itself, how the competitions were held, how the fans worried about us. Here we played mixed with him by Jartsevym, in addition, I played a couple of Nina Volovoi - bronze medalist of the Olympic games 2012 in London. Therefore, when Igor Borisovich announced his proposal to move to Kazan, I immediately came across these vivid impressions that Kazan left. Then we came here to play some Russian tournaments, also gave an idea of the development of our sport, that people responsible for its development, do a lot, strive for success. Then there is the Academy of sports, which is also important. So I took an academic vacation in Chelyabinsk University, then transferred here. However, not without incident.
"THIS YEAR, STATE EXAMS, DIPLOMA AND GRADUATE STUDIES»
– I wonder – what?
– We expected that after the transfer we will become third-year students, and I was told that there are no places, go-ka you on the first course. I thought I was facing the fate of an eternal student. But in the end we were transferred to the second year. Tolya and I passed the exams necessary for this translation, and we all met here, for which the Academy of sports thank you very much.
- Judging from last time, you this year are issued?
- Yes, it's time to write a diploma. And here because of the world Cup we announced that we were a month early must vacate their rooms in the Universiade village, which will house visiting police officers. So it's gonna be a tough year.
– Great topic for a thesis: "As the football world Cup prevented me from learning and life".
 Well, for the development of this topic, I hardly take it. Just after the Cup of Russia and home of the European championship will have to take to prepare for the state examinations and diploma protection. There is still to be played at the Russian Universiade, which takes place every two years.

- Last year's Universiade in Taipei was held in the same time as the world Cup, which I selected. And in our sport, the world Cup is a priority. But I will still have a chance in 2019 to play as a graduate of the Volga Academy of sports.
– The next Olympics will be held on the Asian continent, in Japan. Have you ever played there?
- Yes, it was world championship. I had to play there with another student of the Volga sports Academy Vorobyova, who at that time had just moved to Kazan from Belarus, and she had some problems with the documents. In the end, it was not allowed to start, although we at that time played very well, and claimed to win medals. I only played alone.
Remember the entourage of the competition, when all care about and for Japanese VIPs were given a special sector, where they were, without betraying their feelings. Important such sat, as in Opera-chinno-nobly.
But me personally, for getting to the Olympics will have to spend the pre-Olympic, 2019, when the start of the qualifying tournaments. And even better is 2020 itself, which will be decisive for the selection. We have a quota for participation of one person, which should be among the 50 - 60 best players in the world.
- Five years ago, the women's couple Vislov - Sorokina became the bronze medalist of the Olympics. Although it helped that the opponents were too tricky and outsmarted themselves.
– But who in ten years will remember the Olympic vicissitudes of London, and the bronze medal of Nina and Victoria will remain in history. So it's okay. There's another fun story was that they were in the match for third place against two Canadians by the names of Bruce Lee, but altogether the result was Bruce Lee known as American karate. To me this seemed funny, especially because my elder brother in the childhood was engaged in karate, showed their tricks.
– Have you settled in Kazan?
- Yes, only the first time was hard, and now already arrive here, as to itself home. The hostel is not perceived as someone else's house, because I live in the same room, which has already managed to build for themselves. In the future I want to continue my master's degree at the Department of management, and in the distant future I want to relocate my relatives to Kazan. However, there are a lot of questions. My favorite person lives in Moscow, it is necessary to negotiate with him, and he wanted to come.
– Whereas in badminton you can make money on their own housing?
- Of course, only it is necessary to perform successfully. We have salaries of a member of the Russian national team and a member of the Tatarstan national team, and not bad prize money. Many Russian collections have an opportunity to receive several salaries as they bring parallel offset to several regions, however, it is forbidden in Tatarstan. In addition to performances in the national team, I play in the club championship of France where I was invited. The best of the fall championship at the European club Cup. From Russia at this level often plays the team "Primorye", where are many leaders of the Russian team. Although there is, logically, it would be possible to form a team of Chinese who live nearby. On the other hand, Asians have their own club leagues, in particular, Chinese, Indonesian, Indian, where strong badminton players are also needed.
- Having mastered Kazan, you have already begun to understand Tatar?
- No, unfortunately, I'm not capable of languages. Although I have here live relatives on my mother's line, because my grandfather Tatarin-Vazykh Safievich Bikmullin. He at one time moved to Chelyabinsk, where he married, was born mother, who was Bikmullina by maiden name. Now I want to do everything to transport our whole family to Kazan.
